Well, sometimes its sad that it takes a tragedy like the double rape/homicide that occured here recently to spur us to action.

In response to the recent tragedy, there have been mass arrests of registered sex offenders that have failed to report to their POs as well as their other activities.

I've got an exam coming up on a guy that has been on parole since 2005 for kidnap/rape. This will be his first polygraph. This should be interesting.
